AON is looking for a Health Solutions Benefits Account Executive - (Virtual Opportunity) Job Responsibilities:Management of the Health Solutions relationship with Aon.Management and expansion of overall client relationship Growth of the Aon/Client relationship.Development of scope of services and ensure client team is aware of the level of support provided to the client.Bring innovative ideas and recommend strategic direction for Client’s programs, partnering with alignedProactively vet potential solutions for clients given their strategic priorities. Including understanding new local innovative solutions with traction in the marketplace.Include and partner with the financial lead on the Analytics & Actuarial team to develop strategies for the client.Stay educated on all local, regional, and national healthcare market trends for discussion with clients.Team Consultants who lead day-to-day vendor management, as needed.Overall accountability for execution of all deliverables, leveraging the client delivery team.Maintain direct line of communication with senior decision maker at client’s organization to address any service issues and communicate potential delays in deliverables.Present innovative solutions and services developed by Aon to clients as they are rolled out.Ability to work independentlyStrong negotiation and communication skillsStrong compliance knowledgeAbility to develop and maintain carrier/vendor relationshipsKnowledge of market trendsAbility to articulate recommendations to clients, and work with them in a consultative mannerResolves client issues at appropriate levels and leverages other team members when neededActs with professionalism and integrityAbility to act as a mentor to other peersPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedYou Bring Knowledge and Expertise  Required Experience: Fifteen plus years of experience in the group health and benefits industryStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to handle multiple projects at one timeStrong analytical capability Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Strong working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients Financial acumen Strong presentation skills- Comfortable presenting to client Sr LeadershipHealthcare background, ideally with consulting firm, but also consider carrier, vendor, or other relevant healthcare partner How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
